Systems & Network Administrator

About the role

The company is seeking a Senior Systems & Network Administrator to manage and secure its IT infrastructure, supporting both office and factory environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Slack workspace and WhatsApp Business API with automation workflows.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, LAN/WAN, and internet connectivity.
• Administer Mobile Device Management solutions and maintain device inventories.
• Manage Google Workspace accounts, shared drives, access controls, and audit logs.
• Enforce data confidentiality, implement access control hierarchies, and monitor security events.
• Provide day‑to‑day IT support and help‑desk services to office and factory staff.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding by granting and revoking system access.
• Train employees on IT tools, security practices, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of data security governance, access control management and incident response.
• Preferred certifications: Google Workspace Administrator, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA.

What we offer

• Salary of PKR 120,000 per month
• Fuel allowance ranging from PKR 15,000 to 30,000
• Six‑day work week with defined working hours
