Takaful Consultant

About the role

The Takaful Consultant works on‑site at EFU Life Assurance’s Karachi Cantt branch, meeting prospective and existing clients to understand their financial protection needs and recommend suitable Shariah‑compliant Takaful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads, schedule and conduct client meetings, and present Takaful products.
• Complete documentation and policy applications, support renewals and upgrades, and maintain regular post‑sale contact.
• Achieve sales targets, participate in training sessions, and collaborate with branch management on business development.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain Takaful concepts clearly.
• Sales, negotiation and customer‑service orientation focused on relationship‑building and target achievement.
• Basic financial literacy and understanding of insurance or Takaful principles; prior financial‑services experience is a plus.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple clients and maintain accurate records.
• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field preferred.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Karachi with a proactive, goal‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity tools such as email, spreadsheets and presentation software.
• Comfort using digital communication platforms for client interaction.
