About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join its Partner Program. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers in your network, helping them improve hiring speed and fairness.

Key responsibilities

• Share the Flowmingo platform with HR and recruiting contacts in your professional network.
• Explain how the solution fits into existing hiring workflows and answer basic product questions.
• Gather feedback from new users to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and manage their own schedule.
• Passion for recommending tools that add real value to hiring processes.
