Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a key role within the Talent Acquisition team, supporting the organization’s talent acquisition strategy by attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates. The role involves managing the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to interview coordination and selection.

Key responsibilities

• Job Posting & Advertising: create, publish, and manage job postings across various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Candidate Sourcing: identify and engage potential candidates through recruitment databases, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Candidate Screening & Interviewing: review applications and resumes, conduct initial screening calls/video interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for the next stage.
• Interview Coordination: schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and relevant stakeholders while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Recruitment Support: maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
