About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a key role within the Talent Acquisition team, supporting the organization’s talent acquisition strategy by attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates. You will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to interview coordination and selection.
Key responsibilities
- Create, publish, and manage job postings across various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Identify and engage potential candidates through recruitment databases, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Review applications and resumes, conduct initial screening calls or video interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for further assessment.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and relevant stakeholders while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
