Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing recruitment team in Karachi. You will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for several clients, from sourcing to offer.
• Identify and attract candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media and professional networks.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
• Maintain up‑to‑date candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Achieve hiring targets and meet recruitment KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within an HR consultancy.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and MS Office.
