About the role

Creative Chaos is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers, and build a diverse candidate pipeline across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Create engaging job postings and manage advertisements across various platforms.
• Source candidates using social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Data‑driven approach with strong analytical abilities.
