Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global technology leader on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates across the organization while collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage pipelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
