Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Texas Lab Technologies is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its expanding international operations. Working remotely, you will partner with hiring managers across multiple departments to attract, assess, and onboard top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding for diverse functions such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technical teams.
• Create and publish compelling job ads on international and local platforms.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assessments, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Verify qualifications, employment history and references; draft offer letters and support onboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment databases, track KPIs (time‑to‑fill, offer acceptance) and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple vacancies in a remote setting.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major job portals and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri.com, Rozee.pk, Glassdoor, Bayt, GulfTalent, CV‑Library, Reed, Totaljobs).
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and maintaining recruitment metrics.
