Talent Executive

About the role

As a Talent Executive you will be the first point of contact between Following and the creators we work with, managing influencer relationships from outreach to contract negotiation.

Key responsibilities

• Take campaign requirements and reach out to suitable influencers, often the same day.
• Collect rates, negotiate fees, deliverables and timelines to secure the best value for clients.
• Conduct daily outreach to discover and add new creators across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date creator database with rates, contact details and profile data.
• Stay in regular contact with creators to ensure quick responses and repeat collaborations.
• Communicate professionally with creators and their managers, reflecting the brand’s standards.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with a polished communication style.
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence to secure optimal deals.
• Fast, organized, and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Professional, reliable, and comfortable representing the company.
• Flexible with time to respond quickly when campaigns or creators need attention.
• Genuine interest in social media and the creator space.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0‑2 years of experience; agency, PR or sales experience is a plus.
