Talesale for Dispatch – Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Rely Logistics & IT Solutions is looking for a motivated Talesale for Dispatch to support its US‑based trucking customers from its Faisalabad office. The role involves coordinating daily dispatch activities, communicating with drivers and clients, and ensuring freight moves on time.

Key responsibilities

• Assign loads to drivers, monitor routes and ensure schedules are met.
• Communicate pickup, delivery and special instructions with US carriers and clients.
• Maintain accurate load, driver and documentation records, updating ETAs and status changes.
• Resolve operational issues such as route conflicts, delays or paperwork discrepancies.
• Track performance metrics and report on‑time delivery, exceptions and improvement opportunities.
• Follow company safety, compliance and customer‑service procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English for interaction with US carriers and clients.
• Basic knowledge of logistics terminology (POD, BOL, ETA, detention) and freight workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work fixed office hours in Faisalabad and coordinate across time zones.
• Willingness to learn dispatch software and receive hands‑on training.
