Team Lead - Content

About the role

Creative Chaos is looking for a Team Lead – Content to steer its content team toward creating high‑impact, audience‑focused material. You will align content strategy with business goals, mentor writers and editors, and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a growing team of writers, editors and creative producers while maintaining editorial quality.
• Own editorial and social media calendars, coordinating with demand generation, performance and brand marketing teams.
• Develop and manage website copy, SEO blog posts, thought‑leadership articles, press releases, long‑form guides, eBooks, power pages, landing pages, email copy and social media posts.
• Collaborate with SEO and performance teams to improve search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
• Oversee content QA for factual accuracy, tone consistency and flawless grammar.
• Partner with design, product marketing, sales and growth teams to ensure cohesive communication strategies.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, rankings, conversions) and use data to refine content strategy.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in content marketing, editorial management or marketing communications.
• Proven ability to lead content teams, manage editorial workflows and deliver high‑quality digital assets.
• Strong portfolio showcasing SEO‑optimized content, web copy and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech or tech‑startup environments is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of SEO best practices and tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
• Hands‑on experience with web content management systems, especially WordPress.
• Proficiency with project‑management tools for editorial planning.
