About the role
Jubilee Life Insurance is looking for a results‑driven Team Lead to recruit, build and manage a high‑performing sales team across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard a team of 8 Sales Executives.
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets while monitoring performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
- Develop effective sales strategies and business plans.
Required profile
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Sales planning and strategic thinking.
- Sales or team management experience preferred; fresh graduates with leadership potential are welcome.
