Team Lead / Manager – Operations (Day Shift)

About the role

The Team Lead / Manager – Operations will oversee daily operations, lead a large team, and ensure productivity while handling escalations and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Supervise, mentor, and support a large team, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance and operations reports.
• Analyze data using advanced MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX‑MATCH, etc.).
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless execution of tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large teams (15–30+ members), including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on‑site in a night shift environment.
