Team Lead / Manager – Operations

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead / Manager – Operations to oversee daily activities on the day shift for a leading telecom retailer in Karachi. The role involves managing a large on‑site team, ensuring smooth workflow, and driving performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Supervise, mentor, and support a large team of 15–30+ members, meeting performance targets.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance and operations reports.
• Analyze data using advanced MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX‑MATCH, etc.).
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless execution of tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large teams (15–30+ members) with coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on‑site in a day shift environment.
• Experience in retail or a customer‑facing industry is a plus.

Required skills
