About the role

The Team Lead – Nostro and Sundry Reconciliation oversees the full reconciliation lifecycle for Nostro and Sundry accounts, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth business‑as‑usual operations. The role combines supervisory responsibilities with process improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end reconciliation of Nostro and Sundry accounts.
• Supervise a team of analysts, providing guidance and performance oversight.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain robust controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support reconciliation activities.
• Drive process enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Support audit preparation and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Nostro and Sundry account reconciliation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of analysts.
