Team Leader – Banking Operations

About the role

Easypaisa Digital Bank is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage a five‑person team within its banking operations in Karachi. The role focuses on driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting business growth in the micro‑finance and commercial banking segments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities with the Branch Manager, covering distribution, customer service, HR, administration, and sales.
• Monitor and improve non‑cash recoveries, track BO performance, and report any irregularities.
• Visit local markets to identify sales opportunities and propose corrective actions.
• Provide timely updates to the Branch Manager on discrepancies and market developments.
• Oversee loan disbursement processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation standards.
• Review creditworthiness, verify income and demographics, and assess loan eligibility.
• Motivate the team, resolve challenges, and maintain high employee retention.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in team leadership or relationship management within micro‑finance or commercial banking.
• Strong knowledge of the Karachi market and banking regulations.
• Proven ability to set performance goals, drive results, and foster a collaborative culture.
