About the role
Join Cargo Solution Services as a Team Leader for Export Sales in Karachi. You will lead a dedicated export sales team, shape sales strategies, and drive growth for international freight forwarding services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the export sales team.
- Design and implement effective export sales strategies.
- Generate new export freight business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate freight rates.
- Coordinate closely with Operations and Customer Services teams.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 to 3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of export logistics and freight services.
- Leadership, team‑management and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
