About the role
Join Cargo Solution Services in Karachi as a Team Leader for Export Sales. You will head the export sales team, drive sales strategies, and promote international freight forwarding services while coordinating closely with operations and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and manage the export sales team.
- Develop and implement export sales strategies to generate new freight business.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on leads.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate freight rates and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Services teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2‑3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of export logistics and freight services.
- Leadership, team‑management and problem‑solving skills.
