Team Leader & Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

Imperium Hub is looking for a dynamic professional to join its Rahim Yar Khan office as a Team Leader and Outbound Sales Representative. The role combines hands‑on outbound selling with the responsibility of guiding a small call‑center team during the evening shift.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls following company scripts, engage customers professionally, and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain high communication standards and represent the company’s brand during each interaction.
• Lead a team of sales agents, monitor call quality, and coach agents on objection handling and closing techniques.
• Track key performance indicators such as conversions, attendance, and productivity, and provide regular performance reports to management.
• Ensure team discipline, improve overall sales results, and support scheduling and reporting activities.

Required profile

• Freshers are welcome for the outbound sales component; however, prior experience in outbound sales or call‑center environments is preferred.
• Proven experience managing a call‑center or BPO team for the team‑leader component.
• Target‑driven mindset with a willingness to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Strong English communication skills; a UK‑accent is considered an advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal English proficiency.
