Team Leader – Production (Shift Operations)

About the role

Nestlé is seeking a proactive Team Leader to oversee shift operations at its Sheikhupura factory. You will ensure smooth, efficient production while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily production plans, meeting targets and product quality requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to secure raw material and packaging availability.
• Monitor line efficiency and take corrective actions to meet performance metrics.
• Implement HACCP and enforce SOPs across the shift.
• Drive people development, training, and competency building for the team.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in line with Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practices (NGMP).
• Manage employee relations and ensure smooth factory operations.
• Support new product launches and collaborate with engineering during breakdowns and maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in food or consumer‑goods processing.
• Proven ability to lead a team and work rotating shifts.
• Strong ownership mindset and people‑leadership capabilities.

Required skills

• HACCP implementation.
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/NGMP).
• Production planning.
• Equipment maintenance coordination.
