Team Manager – Financial Advisors

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious leader to build, lead, and inspire a high‑performing team of Financial Advisors at Jubilee Life Insurance in Islamabad. The role focuses on driving sales, developing talent, and ensuring compliance while contributing to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of eight Financial Advisors.
• Maintain a minimum of four active advisors each month.
• Drive team performance to meet monthly sales and business targets.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to maximize productivity.
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and regular performance reviews.
• Build strong client relationships and support overall business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/BBA preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in sales, insurance, banking, or team management.
• Strong recruitment and people‑management skills.
• Target‑driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
• Based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and available for immediate joining.
