Technical Area Manager

About the role

SAFRA Innovations is seeking a Technical Area Manager to lead and coordinate technical operations across its renewable energy, IT services, and e‑commerce divisions. The position is full‑time, based on‑site in Attock, and focuses on delivering projects on schedule and to quality standards while supporting hands‑on technical work when required.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate technical teams across three core business areas.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Provide direct technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and guide R&D activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).
• Proven experience in managing technical teams, preferably in renewable energy, IT infrastructure, or e‑commerce environments.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret technical data and performance indicators.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively on‑site.
