About the role

We are seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing high-level support for e-commerce brands using the Gorgias platform. The role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to grow within a global, values-driven company.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support via Gorgias CRM across email, chat, and troubleshooting channels.
• Analyze customer data to identify experience improvements and share insights.
• Own ticket resolution from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.
• Monitor backlogs and guarantee prompt handling of all customer inquiries.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to support customer success.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Gorgias.
• At least 1 year in technical support or troubleshooting roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating CRMs.
• Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and resource‑ful.
• Experience in e-commerce or SaaS support is a plus.
