Technical Implementation Engineer

About the role

As a Technical Implementation Engineer at Eon, you will help transform healthcare by configuring and deploying Eon Patient Management solutions for clients. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth implementations and support the company’s mission of improving patient care and affordability.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and scope product requirements during customer implementations.
• Perform technical configuration steps, including site‑specific data setups and bulk dashboard uploads using custom scripts and SQL queries.
• Upload, track, and document customer‑specific dashboard data configurations.
• Provide time estimates for customizations and maintain communication with clients for feedback and approval.
• Offer technical support on implementation calls and deliver Tier 3 troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in technical implementation or similar roles.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to document root‑cause analysis.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, 24 × 7 environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SQL.
• Proficiency with Jira, Slack, and GitHub.
• Knowledge of HL7 standards (a plus).
