Vigiland is seeking a full‑time Technical Manager to lead its technical operations in Sialkot. The role involves overseeing project delivery, mentoring technical staff, and ensuring high‑quality solutions align with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee technical operations and monitor system performance.
• Coordinate project activities, allocate resources and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead, mentor and develop technical teams.
• Organize technical support efforts and resolve incidents.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in planning sessions and contribute to R&D initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating technical issues.
• Proven team‑management capabilities.
• Technical support experience in troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• R&D experience to contribute to new solutions and process improvements.
• Project management skills to plan and monitor projects within scope, budget and timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
