Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our mobile app development initiatives from discovery through delivery. The role requires strong project management expertise, solid technical knowledge of Android, iOS, Flutter and React Native, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple Android, iOS, Flutter and React Native application projects from planning to deployment.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Gather business requirements from clients and translate them into detailed technical specifications and SRS documents.
• Prepare project plans, user stories and technical documentation.
• Coordinate UI/UX designers, developers, backend engineers, QA and DevOps teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct kickoff meetings, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Monitor progress, resolve risks, blockers and dependencies proactively.
• Enforce Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage schedules and resources using iQansoft’s project management tools.
• Review deliverables and code quality before client hand‑over.
• Oversee release management, platform compliance, testing, bug tracking and regression testing.
• Provide regular status updates, progress reports and risk assessments to stakeholders.
• Assist with estimation, budgeting, capacity planning and profitability analysis.
• Ensure projects meet security, scalability and performance standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience managing software or application development projects.
• Demonstrated expertise managing Android, iOS, Flutter and/or React Native projects.
• Strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and app architecture.
