Technical Recruiter – Business Development & US IT Staffing

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter who combines a hunter’s mindset for business development with the precision of a top‑tier headhunter. In this remote/onsite capacity you will expand our client portfolio while sourcing and placing high‑quality IT talent for the US market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new client partnerships within the US IT staffing market.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals to source both passive and active candidates.
• Proactively engage, qualify, and build pipelines of top‑tier IT professionals.
• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, including client coordination, vendor communication, and candidate onboarding.
• Market bench consultants to maximize placement rates.
• Ensure all documentation, onboarding, and background checks comply with US staffing legal standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
• Expert‑level knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter (or Recruiter Lite) and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strong ability to build rapport with both clients and candidates.
• Deep understanding of US staffing compliance, contracts, and onboarding procedures.
• Results‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently.

What we offer
