Technical Recruiter – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a range of technical positions, including development, QA, DevOps, data, and digital marketing. The role is fully remote and requires a proven ability to source, assess, and hire senior‑level technical professionals for remote and international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Write clear, compelling job descriptions and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial and technical pre‑screening interviews, evaluating technical aptitude, communication skills and cultural fit.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, direct outreach and other channels for roles such as Full‑Stack, Front‑End, Back‑End developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, product managers, data analysts, SEO and Google Ads specialists, digital marketers and AI engineers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill positions, track recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance) and provide regular reports to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on technical recruitment experience, with a track record of hiring software engineers and other technical roles.
• Experience recruiting for remote and international teams and managing multiple open technical positions simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of software development roles, technical terminology and ability to assess candidates beyond resume keywords.
