Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team on‑site at NASTP Karachi. This role goes beyond traditional CV collection; you will own end‑to‑end hiring for software, AI, product, design, QA, sales and growth positions, ensuring each candidate is evaluated on real work evidence and technical tests.

Key responsibilities

• Deeply understand each role’s skills and deliverables before starting recruitment.
• Craft clear, attractive job posts in collaboration with HR, technical and branding teams.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, professional groups, referrals and direct outreach.
• Review CVs, portfolios, GitHub profiles, designs, videos and other evidence.
• Conduct structured first‑stage screenings, coordinate paid technical tests, and keep candidates informed.
• Arrange founder interviews for candidates who pass screening and tests.
• Complete reference checks, prepare final comparisons and maintain a hiring tracker.
• Support the Brand Manager with employer‑branding campaigns and candidate‑facing material.
• Continuously improve the hiring process based on candidate quality and post‑hire performance.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment or talent‑acquisition experience, especially for technical, software, AI, creative, content, sales or digital roles.
• Strong understanding of branding and professional company presentation.
• Ability to interpret role requirements beyond the job title.
• Excellent candidate‑sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Good written and spoken English.
