Technical Recruiter – US IT Staffing (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to source and place high‑quality IT professionals for U.S. clients. The position is fully remote and focuses on identifying U.S. citizens and Green Card holders across a range of technology domains.

Key responsibilities

• Source IT candidates primarily through LinkedIn.
• Target U.S. citizens and Green Card holders for roles in Business Analysis, Data Science, DevOps, Software Engineering, and related fields.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate communication, technical background, work authorization, experience, and interest.
• Schedule qualified candidates for final interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and follow‑up consistently.
• Build and sustain a strong pipeline of vetted talent.

Required profile

• Prior experience in IT recruitment (preferred).
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to assess candidate quality and fit quickly.
• Organized, able to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and focused on quality over quantity.

Required skills

What we offer

• Fixed monthly salary of PKR 40,000.
• Performance‑based commission up to PKR 15,000 per successful placement, paid in three milestones.
• Fully remote work schedule (6 PM – 3 AM Pakistan time).
