Technical Recruitment Specialist

About the role

AutoScale Ventures is seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for senior developers and other technical positions across its brands. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our development teams by sourcing, assessing, and securing top‑tier talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, referrals and Boolean search techniques.
• Identify and engage passive senior‑level developers, building a long‑term talent network for key roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews for technical and cultural fit, and coordinate technical assessments with engineering leads.
• Schedule and organize interviews, keep hiring managers informed, and track candidates using Manatal or internal sheets.
• Collaborate closely with People and Development teams to align hiring needs, refine job descriptions, and share market insights.
• Document sourcing activities, suggest process improvements, and help define pipelines for recurring roles such as frontend, backend, and DevOps.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in‑house).
• Proven success hiring senior developers in stacks like PHP, Node.js, Python, DevOps.
• Basic understanding of developer stacks and engineering workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, Manatal, and Boolean search methods.
