Technical Sales – Pipes, Fittings & Valves

About the role

The Technical Sales role focuses on promoting and selling industrial pipes, fittings, valves, sanitary and instrumentation products to B2B customers in Karachi and surrounding areas. The position is full‑time and on‑site, requiring regular client visits and close coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing existing customer accounts.
• Conduct client visits to understand technical requirements and prepare quotations.
• Provide product recommendations that match specifications and ensure order processing, stock availability, and delivery follow‑up.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve product or service issues, and prepare regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in industrial products such as pipes, fittings, and valves.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and understand specifications.
• Minimum diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business or related field.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel to customer locations within Karachi.
