About the role
The Technical Services Associate will support the Technical Service Support (TSS) team in delivering the Cold Assets Repair & Maintenance Operations for CCBPL. The role ensures that complaints and maintenance activities are managed efficiently, contributing to higher asset reliability and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end CDE complaint and maintenance management process, including allocation, tracking, resolution, reporting and service‑quality compliance.
- Coordinate technician deployment and preventive‑maintenance execution to minimise downtime.
- Manage cost control, warranty claims and root‑cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Liaise with sales, maintenance teams, third‑party workshops, TAMM and Head Office to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators, optimise cooler repair and refurbishment, plan spare‑parts inventory and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or B‑Tech.
