Technical Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to join our team supporting Howmuch POS and Foodnerd solutions. You will ensure our retail and restaurant management hardware and software run smoothly, while providing excellent assistance to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Set up hardware, install and configure software and drivers.
• Maintain and repair technological equipment such as routers and peripheral devices.
• Install and manage LAN/WAN networks, servers, IP addresses and related components.
• Perform regular system upgrades and apply patches.
• Troubleshoot system failures, bugs and provide timely resolutions.
• Arrange maintenance sessions to identify and fix inefficiencies.
• Deliver technical support and train users on proper computer usage.
• Assist in closing new business deals by coordinating requirements and integrating contracts.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of computer systems, IT components and networking.
• Good understanding of internet security and data‑privacy principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organization and time‑management abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a plus.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is advantageous.
