Technical Support Consultant – On‑site (Karachi)

About the role

The Technical Support Consultant will work on‑site in Karachi, providing first‑line assistance to users of the Cab Treasure booking and dispatch platform. The role involves diagnosing software and configuration issues, guiding customers to solutions, and ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software, configuration, and system problems.
• Guide users through step‑by‑step solutions via phone, email or chat.
• Escalate complex incidents to internal product and development teams.
• Document support cases and contribute to the knowledge‑base.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to relay recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Maintain clear, courteous communication and deliver customer‑focused service at all times.

Required profile

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting abilities for software applications.
• Solid analytical skills to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent customer support and communication skills.
• Relevant experience in IT helpdesk or application support, preferably with SaaS or dispatch/booking systems.
• Basic understanding of Windows environments, networking and databases.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi, handle multiple requests and keep accurate documentation.
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
