Technical Support Engineer – Security & Communication Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join ESCO’s fast‑growing technical enablement team. You will provide on‑site and remote support for a range of security and communication products, gaining hands‑on experience across multiple brands from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to clients on‑site and remotely, including troubleshooting, commissioning and routine maintenance.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare Bills of Quantities and assist in solution design for prospective projects.
• Maintain and update product comparison sheets for sales and pre‑sales teams.
• Participate in ESCO’s in‑house training programme and progress to delivering internal trainings and client presentations.
• Route inbound technical queries to the appropriate department and provide feedback on product performance and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Fast learner with a strong appetite for new low‑voltage security and IP networking systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with clients.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work independently on client sites.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Troubleshooting of security and communication equipment.
• Commissioning and routine maintenance of low‑voltage systems.
• Site surveys and Bill of Quantities preparation.
• Knowledge of IP networking.
• Understanding of commercial installations for security systems.
