About the role
Tri-Angels Electronics, the maker of TRION consumer electronics and solar solutions, is looking for a Technical Support Officer to join its Karachi team. You will act as the first line of assistance for customers and installers, ensuring product and service issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and installers for solar inverters, lithium batteries and other TRION products.
- Maintain and track claim data, handling Oracle ERP and inventory transactions.
- Conduct follow‑up “happy calls” and keep accurate records of interactions.
- Coordinate with the service team to relay feedback on complaints and product performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance and inventory reports.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of hands‑on technical support experience, preferably with solar inverters or lithium batteries.
- Working knowledge of Oracle ERP and call‑center operations.
- Understanding of customer handling and strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in electronics service and customer interaction.
