Tekla Detailer – 3D Modeling for Steel Structures

About the role

Metallic Solutions is seeking a full‑time Tekla Detailer to join its on‑site team in Kasur. You will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models and detailed fabrication and erection drawings for steel structures, pre‑engineered buildings, and related industrial components.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret engineering designs, architectural and structural drawings, and specifications.
• Develop 3D models and detailed connections using Tekla Structures.
• Produce shop drawings, general arrangement (GA) drawings, material lists, CNC/NC files, and reports.
• Coordinate with design engineers, project managers, and production teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform drawing checks, update models after revisions, and maintain organized project documentation.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency with Tekla Structures for 3D modeling and detailing.
• Solid understanding of structural steel, pre‑engineered buildings, and standard detailing practices.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and structural engineering drawings.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform self‑checks and revisions efficiently.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for on‑site teamwork.
