Tele Marketing Officer

About the role

Intercity infinito provides international money transfer services and is seeking a Tele Marketing Officer in Islamabad. The role supports customer acquisition and service promotion through professional telephone communication with prospective and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce money transfer services and explain relevant features.
• Respond to customer questions, identify needs, and provide accurate service information.
• Maintain organized records of calls, leads, follow‑ups, and customer feedback.
• Follow up with prospects and coordinate with internal teams to support conversions.
• Meet assigned sales, lead‑generation, follow‑up, and service‑quality targets.
• Handle customer information responsibly and follow approved communication and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Clear, courteous, and persuasive telephone manner.
• Ability to explain money transfer services in simple, accurate language.
• Lead generation, follow‑up, objection handling, and basic sales closing skills.
• Accurate logging and customer record management.
• Comfort using computers, customer databases, spreadsheets, and office communication tools.
• Ability to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
• Professional handling of confidential customer and transaction‑related information.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; additional local languages are an advantage.
