About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telecom Sales Specialist to join our night‑shift team. The role focuses on handling inbound calls from customers interested in USA telecom services and converting those inquiries into sales.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from potential customers and assess their needs.
- Present and sell Internet, TV, Home Phone and Home Security solutions.
- Build rapport, follow sales scripts and close sales confidently.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide accurate information on plans, pricing and service features.
- Maintain professional communication and adhere to quality standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecom or inbound sales.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Willingness to work night‑shift hours on‑site.
- Preference given to candidates based in Lahore.
