Telecom Sales Specialist

About the role
Join an inbound telecom sales campaign where you will handle high call volumes and provide real‑time support through both phone and live chat. You will work night shifts in a fast‑paced contact‑center environment, negotiating and closing sales of telecom products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Make and receive inbound calls and respond to live‑chat inquiries.
- Negotiate, close, and upsell telecom products and services.
- Maintain high productivity while handling large call volumes.
- Propose ideas and solutions to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to meet campaign targets.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience in telecommunications or a related contact‑center role.
- Strong verbal communication in English; spoken English acceptable for fresh candidates.
- Ability to work independently during night‑shift schedules.
- Familiarity with telecom products and services.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
