About the role

We are seeking a Telecom Specialist to join a global technology leader on a contractual basis. This fully remote position involves providing expert guidance on telecommunications systems, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and driving business outcomes through innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain telecommunications systems, including network architecture and infrastructure.
• Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize telecom requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Analyze existing telecom environments, pinpoint improvement areas, and optimise performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute telecommunications strategies aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and apply new knowledge to foster innovation and growth.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in telecommunications with deep understanding of network architecture, protocols and infrastructure.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing and maintaining telecom systems, focusing on optimisation and performance.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities to resolve complex telecom issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Awareness of current industry trends and the ability to leverage them for innovation.
