Telemarketing Executive (Hospitality)

About the role

The Telemarketing Executive will work on‑site in Islamabad, representing a growing hospitality organization. You will contact prospective and existing customers by phone, introduce the company’s hospitality services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients to present hospitality offerings.
• Explain service features, answer questions, and address basic concerns.
• Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Follow up on leads, maintain accurate call logs, and meet daily call and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support overall business growth.

Required profile

• Strong sales aptitude with experience in lead nurturing and closing opportunities.
• Proven ability to generate, qualify, and follow up on potential clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective phone interactions.
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to work on‑site in Islamabad.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or hospitality is a plus.
