About the role

We are looking for a confident and proactive Telemarketing Executive to drive lead generation and support business development for our healthcare network. The role involves identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and coordinating meetings with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through market research, LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and other prospecting platforms.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow‑ups to engage potential clients.
• Identify decision‑makers and build prospect databases for targeted outreach campaigns.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between prospects and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities within CRM systems.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business development documentation as required.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
• Achieve assigned lead generation, outreach, and business development targets.

Required profile

• Strong lead generation and prospecting abilities.
• Experience in cold calling and client outreach.
• Business development mindset.
• Proficient in CRM management and documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
