Telemarketing Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound cold calls and nurturing leads to support the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce company services.
• Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow‑up activities.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide relevant information.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 months experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
• Strong verbal communication skills with confidence in cold calling and objection handling.
• Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred.
• Experience dealing with UAE clients or international markets is an advantage.
