Telephone Operator

About the role

The Telephone Operator will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple channels. This role ensures accurate record‑keeping, supports business operations, and contributes to overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and manage complaints while maintaining detailed records.
• Collect, fill out, and submit daily work data in accordance with service management rules.
• Identify and document issues raised by callers promptly.
• Conduct customer care and satisfaction surveys, gathering opinions and suggestions.
• Monitor comments on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube), follow up with customers, and resolve related issues.
• Provide high‑quality business support following company procedures to improve satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive attitude, cooperate with internal teams, and ensure stable business operations.
• Keep the workspace clean, implement 5S management, and attend weekly/monthly service station meetings.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by management.
