Telesales Advisor (Remote)

About the role

This is a fully remote telesales position based in Pakistan, working from home with shared sales tools. You talk with leads by phone, explain the choices available and help them choose a suitable offer, then close the sale by phone. A sales team lead coaches your conversations and supports questions beyond your approved guidance. The pay is a monthly base salary of PKR 60,740 to 143,330 plus bonus opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Review assigned leads in a CRM such as Pipedrive, plan calls and callbacks, and call through a business phone system such as Dialpad.
• Ask short questions about needs, interest and readiness, listen to the answers, then present the approved offer simply and avoid promising results.
• Answer questions and handle objections using approved guidance, and ask the sales team lead for help when needed.
• Close the sale or secure the order by phone when the lead is ready, confirming the choice and the next step.
• Respect a refusal, record why, and follow up with interested leads until they decide.
• Schedule further conversations through a tool such as Calendly, confirm the time, and record each conversation, result and next action.
• Share daily call counts, sales outcomes and unresolved questions with the team, and meet quality standards through accurate notes and polite conversations.

Required profile

• Professional spoken and written English, as calls are generally with leads in the United States.
• No experience required; related phone sales or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection and reliable electricity.
• Willingness to learn the offer and follow approved call outlines, and to learn the tools used.
• Patience with hesitant or declining leads and care when taking call notes.
