About the role

We are seeking a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The role focuses on B2B outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting with international clients, playing a key part in building relationships and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach to businesses.
  • Engage prospects, identify their needs, and qualify leads.
  • Perform basic discovery conversations and schedule meetings.
  • Hand over warm leads to senior sales closers.
  • Maintain consistent follow‑ups to keep the pipeline active.
  • Update the CRM with accurate notes and activity records.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging and outreach performance.

Required profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in telesales, B2B sales, or lead generation.
  • Prior experience in a call‑center or international calling environment.
  • Fluent English with clear, confident communication.
  • Comfortable handling outbound calls and rejection.
  • Self‑motivated, energetic, and target‑driven.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting daily goals.
