About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in Karachi. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients by researching target markets and assessing fit.
• Maintain and regularly update lead databases to ensure accurate information.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and online channels to generate business opportunities.
• Manage inbound inquiries, address concerns promptly, and nurture positive client relationships.
• Prospect, qualify leads, and oversee lead pipelines to support sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Proven sales experience, including prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools and common office productivity software.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
